Review: Booger Bottoms

Original Title: Booger Bottoms
Author: Joyce Mitchell
Published Date: January 20th 2012
Genre: Children's

Summary:

Booger Bottoms is a lighthearted storyline of children being disobedient to parents as portrayed by a family of tree squirrels, (Bushy, Willie, Wahoo, and their mother). An adorable story of humor, drama, fear, and excitement for all ages. Its message is to teach children at an early age to obey their parents.

Review:

*** This book was provided by the author for review purposes ***

This is a children's book about three squirrels - Bushy, Willie and Wahoo.  The squirrels lost (literally, lost) their grand-dad and dad, when they were young.  Their mother were the one protecting them.  When one day, the mother sends her sons to fetch food, they go to 'Booger Bottoms', which is restricted and dangerous to other animals and where they lost their dad and grand-dad.  Their adventure and learning are said in a way children will love.

I am not new to the author, but I can see there is major improvement in this book with the pictures and the kind where children can learn.  Great job, Joyce!

Recommended to children below 10!
